After junior high school Alessandro has finished a training as technician for assembly and maintenance of control systems before he started working at the wine-growing estate 2004.

Here he is completing every station from vineyard to sale. The choice between vineyard and cellar is easy for him: "Most of all I like working at bottling. There you can learn the most and see the final product. This is great."

Under guidance of the enologist Alessandro will be introduced into the secrets of the cellar. In the meantime working is easy for him because he feels home in the world of wine. The whole team of La Tenaglia feels responsible for his professional training. "Besides a solid basic training Alessandro has to turn out a feeling of the high quality approach that is typical of La Tenaglia", Silvia Basso explains the training objective of the team. And Alessandro is on the right way.

In his tight leisure time he plays guitar when he is not even working out at the fitness centre.
