There is a very special charmingness staying some days longer at Tenuta Tenaglia, wandering through the surrounding area, day-tripping out of the estate or exploring Santuario di Crea above in a deeper manner. Also day trips by car are no problem, e.g. to Casale Monferrato, Alessandria, Milano or Turin.

From July 2010 on Tenuta Tenaglia offers its guests the possibility to let an apartment. One can choice between two different dimensions. The apartments are in the outbuilding. One apartment is composed of a living room with a kitchen-bar, dining table and sofa in the ground level and a bedroom with a double bed in the maisonette. Furthermore there is a plumbing unit below and a bath above. Second apartment is furnished similarly but has an additional bedroom with double bed.

Both units are rearward of the outbuilding so there is silence also during day shift. Beside the mansion house there is a swimming-pool that also can be used by guests when it is on duty.

Nearly six kilometres to Moncalvo there are super-markets where guests can buy foodstuffs. At the centre of Moncalvo one can get typical products of the area.
